Hi! My name is Analisa Faulkner Valiente, but I usually just go by Lisa.

I am a senior at Barnard College studying mathematics. Starting in the fall of 2026, I will be a mathematics PhD student at MIT. My research interests include low-dimensional and algebraic topology, gauge theory, and analysis. I also love algebraic number theory.
